Solid-phase synthesis

Solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl (Fmoc) chemistry. Crude peptides are then purified by reverse-phase HPLC against reference standards.

Independent QC

Each batch is verified by analytical HPLC and mass spectrometry. Purity must exceed 99% by area-under-curve before the lot is released for vialing.

Lyophilisation & vialing

Peptides are lyophilised under controlled vacuum, vialed in clean conditions, and labelled with sequence, lot, and expiry data.

Tracked dispatch

Vials are placed in temperature-stable foil pouches inside discreet plain outer packaging and dispatched tracked from the UK within 24 hours.
