By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or otherwise educated and trained individual purchasing products solely for in-vitro laboratory research. The products we supply are not consumer goods and are not intended for any individual seeking products for personal use.

2. Research use only

All products supplied by Zynox Labs are sold strictly for laboratory research and are not intended for human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition, nor for use in or on any animal. By placing an order you confirm that you understand and accept this restriction.

3. Orders & acceptance

An order placed through the website constitutes an offer by you to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to accept or decline any order without giving a reason. A binding contract is only formed once we issue you with a dispatch confirmation email.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK VAT where relevant.
• Orders are placed by contacting us directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We confirm stock, shipping and the payment method with you before your order is dispatched.
• We are not responsible for any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or duties levied by your bank or country of residence.
• Promotional pricing, deals, and bundle offers are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & delivery

We dispatch tracked from the United Kingdom within 24 hours of order confirmation, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Standard UK shipping is £6.99 and orders over £100 receive free UK shipping. Delivery times are quoted as estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. International shipping is reviewed on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before ordering.

6. Returns & refunds

Due to the temperature-sensitive and research-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. 7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, peptide data sheets, and the underlying source code — is the property of Zynox Labs Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zynox Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any products supplied. Our total aggregate liability arising out of any single order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
